Why we built it

Bangladesh’s income tax law changed fundamentally with the Income Tax Act 2023, and it keeps changing with every Finance Act, SRO and circular. Finding what the law currently says means chasing gazettes and consolidations that are scattered, scanned, and mostly in Bangla legalese. Practitioners spend hours on questions that should take minutes. Everyone else gives up and guesses.

ACE Advisory sits inside that problem daily as a tax and regulatory advisory firm in Dhaka. Paperless is the tool we wanted to exist: the corpus, organised; the answer, in plain language; the source, one click away.

What it does today

• Answers questions on Bangladesh income tax law, grounded in the Income Tax Act 2023 and the SROs and circulars under it, kept current as amendments are issued.
• Cites the specific provision behind every answer.
• Reads documents you upload and answers questions about them.
• Works in English and Bangla.

What it is not

Paperless is an assistive research tool. It does not file returns, does not act on your behalf, and does not replace a qualified professional.
